Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited during the event. Carrying any illegal substances is not allowed under any circumstances.

👟 Your Shoes Are Your Best Friends
Dear Trekkers your shoes can make or break your trek! Invest in a sturdy pair of trekking shoes—avoid sports or running shoes, as they aren't designed for rugged trails.
You may carry floaters or sandals to wear after the trek is completed.
If you're unsure about the right gear, feel free to connect with your SR buddy before the trek!
💪 Fitness & Health
While trekking is an exciting adventure, it does require a decent level of physical fitness. If you're currently under medication, please carry your prescribed medicines.
Our trek leaders will have basic first-aid and over-the-counter medication for minor issues. If you feel unwell or need assistance at any point, don’t hesitate to inform the team.
Let’s trek responsibly and make memories that last a lifetime! 🌄✨
